Nizra Credit, under licensed by Nizra Capital Sdn Bhd, is a money lending company registered with the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (Malaysia), under the Moneylenders Act 1951.
Nizra Investment Ltd is registered with the Labuan Financial Services Authority under the Labuan Companies Act 1990, as a private mutual fund governed under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010.
